EFFORTS exists to aid and support ex-offenders and recovering substance abusers to re-enter society through employment.

 EFFORTS fulfills this mission by working with former offenders and substance abusers to re-enter society, find employment and stay employed, and move up the career ladder of success. EFFORTS gives ex-offenders and former substance abusers alternatives to drugs and crime.  Realizing that relapse on the part of any participant is always possible, every step is taken to avoid this through relapse prevention.  This is a program to follow-up for any ex-offender who successfully completes a drug treatment program before his/her release from incarceration.
